Ignore Microsoft Authenticator "passwords" (Android)
I cannot avoid using Microsoft Authenticator for work.
But whenever I use it to enter a one-time code, Proton Pass pops up and offers to save the "password".
This is where the online service will pop up a two-digit number, and then the authenticator asks you to type the same number. And then unlock with biometrics. And then let you into thAe online service.
It would be slightly less annoying if Proton Pass could just ignore it.

Bear in mind that it's a mobile app not a web page. I tried adding the password and no website was linked. I also tried using the app Url (i.e. com.azure.authenticator) in the pause list and that didn't work.

I second this! I use Microsoft Authenticator as a backup and because Proton doesn't support the native prompts. It would be nice if we could ignore or filter out this prompt or application.
Additionally, I would want a way to duplicate the native secrets from MS Authenticator into Proton, just in case I lose my phone again.

Yes! I'm in the same position and have been facing this issue for a long time and couldn't articulate it as well as you have.
While I blame Microsoft for putting us in this position, I hope Proton finds a way to stop asking for a password every time.
It is a daily behaviour. Also, I do move between systems during the day and can be challenged for authentication 2-3 times in one day.
