It would be absolutely great if the location includes a lookup, though I appreciate it may not be easy to identify a privacy friendly service (OpenStreetMap?) to facilitate the search. But yeah, it would be extra awesome if it hooks into your default navigation app on your mobile device (or ask which app to use on your device).

It would be absolutely awesome if Jitsi and Nextcloud Talk were supported.
Unfortunately, it's hard to get away from Zoom, since they built a very strong loyal customer base. No matter how hard I try, my self-employed colleagues swear by it and refuse to budge.

Yes! I'm in the same position and have been facing this issue for a long time and couldn't articulate it as well as you have.
While I blame Microsoft for putting us in this position, I hope Proton finds a way to stop asking for a password every time.
It is a daily behaviour. Also, I do move between systems during the day and can be challenged for authentication 2-3 times in one day.

As per the Spring/Summer Roadmap, this is being developed: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026
Folders will be a significant building block for Proton Pass that will go beyond just helping you organize your items. Introducing folders will require some rethinking of our cryptography model, which we’re currently working on. Eventually, you’ll also be able to share folders and subfolders just like your vaults and individual items, giving you another flexible way to share access.
Folders will be available in the coming months. As well as creating vaults, you’ll be able to create dedicated folders and subfolders to organize crucial information for quick retrieval: you can organize by project, by team, by year, or whatever else you need.

Yes! I'm in a similar situation where I am using Vaults to separate my business and personal. The additional organising of items within a vault would be a lot cleaner and easy to manage.
EDIT: I am currently consolidating all my pwd management into Proton Pass and Vaults coz it's an absolute pain using more than one. And I couldn't help but tinker and experiment with different pwd managers 😅

This is part of the autofill improvement, which is ongoing, this was highlighted in the recent Roadmap: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026
We should have a significant enhancement via iframe coming soon.

The separation of username and password into separate steps/pages is a pain. Some sites will use async code to reveal the password box on the same page. This works with Proton Pass. But the navigation to another page seems to break it (sometimes) whereby Proton Pass thinks it's a password reset and auto-fills with a newly generated password.

I agree with this. I'm not sure what format is used in Proton Docs, but there should definitely be increase adoption for ODT. Like @akilem, I'd like to see Markdown support, too.
It is for these reasons that I have not been using Proton Docs.
