Thanks for your suggestion; unfortunately DuckDuckGo browser does not support extensions, as per: https://www.reddit.com/r/browsers/comments/1haw79j/duckduckgo_browser_doesnt_have_extension_support/
The best place to make this request would be to DDG, so that they can change their browser to allow extensions.
