When I create an alias, I have some suffix option : .frosty150, .esophagus996, .penalize986, and .vagabond267. Look at those suffix, especially suffix .esophagus. why a human organ become a suffix for alias?

I understand, alias address is for avoid use real email address on some kind of websites like online shopping, but I want to use alias address to send email to my friends, my colleagues, my family. I dont want they know my real email address/email user name, but I dislike alias address with random suffix especially disgusting suffix like esophagus

I hope Proton create feature which let user customize suffix on alias address, so user can edit suffix, or give refresh button so Proton Pass can give alternative suffix
