Currently, every time a user is added to a vault or a shared password within Proton Pass, the recipient must actively accept the invitation before gaining access. While this makes sense for external sharing scenarios, it adds unnecessary friction in internal organizational workflows — particularly when an admin is managing access centrally.
We would like to request a configurable option in the Admin Dashboard to control invitation acceptance behavior:

1- Auto-accept for admin-initiated assignments: When an admin directly assigns a user to a vault or group, the invitation should be accepted automatically without requiring action from the recipient. Since this is an admin-controlled operation within a trusted organization, explicit acceptance adds no meaningful security benefit.
2- Organization-wide toggle: Optionally, allow admins to configure whether vault and password invitations within their own organization require explicit acceptance at all — with the ability to toggle this on or off depending on their internal policy.

This would streamline onboarding and access management considerably, reduce support overhead, and reflect the trust relationship that already exists between an admin and their organization's members.
