It's a little confusing about the current selected vault (or not selected) - both when searching and adding.
* When adding a new records while the "all items" (vault) is selected, it seems like it will be added to the last selected vault? I want one vault to be the default/main - to add new records to (regardless if I have the all items or a single vault selected). Now it is to easy the record ending up somewhere I do not want it.
* A search should be global (all vaults) unless I specifically filter to 1 vault. It is too easy now to "happen to be in a filtered stage"
