Hopefully I'm able to convey the idea: My wife and I use a shared vault, which works perfectly. However, sometimes I do maintenance on her laptop and need certain login credentials. Every time I need to log in somewhere, she has to unlock Proton Pass – which, of course, gives me access to everything.

So for me – and probably for others in a similar situation – this is a bit of a hassle. It would be great if we could set up a second PIN or biometrics that unlocks only a specific vault, or perhaps pre-set credentials separate from the main vault, tied exclusively to this second PIN (or a «trusted user» – which would be me in this case). It would be up to her to decide what to share; right now, she essentially has to share everything whenever I need credentials on the spot. Of course, having a second user doesn't really make sense if everything is shared anyway. But if only a specific collection of credentials were shared, it would be much more convenient when I'm doing maintenance on her machine.

I'd love to hear Proton's and the community's feedback on this. Maybe I'm alone with this – or maybe there's a whole crowd facing the same inconvenience.
