New proton template to import OKTA vault
As OKTa personal vault is being decommisioned user can switch to Proton (like me).
But there was no template for the OKTA export.
I had to use the generic template, where I need to modifiy the OKTA export.
The okta csv-export has this signature:
name,url,username,password,otpUrl
