As a Proton Pass administrator, I want to be able to define which actions or events in Proton Pass trigger an email notification. In an enterprise setting where user provisioning and group membership are managed via an IGA solution (with its own email notifications) it is a source of frustration and confusion for end users that Proton Pass sends notifications - even if changes are made via SCIM.
