Version 1.41.1 introduced a change which caused a user's browser to open when attempting to sign in to Proton Pass, without even asking the user for permission to open a browser window

This is inherently less secure, as Proton and the user both have to rely on whatever security the default browser may or may not have, as well as forcing the user to not have anything else open in their default browser - lest Proton Pass is able to see everythng else open in the browser, and every other site open in the browser is able to see that the user has accessed Proton Pass
This was apparently introduced to allow for SSO and "complex physical keys"

I expect the option to continue to enter my username and password within Proton Pass, rather than it opening a desktop browser without my consent. This loss of functionality, security, and anonymity is a regression
