Web App / Interface
The absence of a nice web interface, such as what you have for Proton Mail, Proton Drive makes this almost a non-starter for me. I imported several folders of password data through your excellent import tool, but then found myself returning to my old password tool because Proton Pass is just not maintainable via the small extension window provided. It's much easier for me to use a keyboard and monitor to do my maintenance rather than just phone app or via the small extension window. A good first effort...but some work on a web user interface is needed for sure.

Thanks to your feedback, you can now access Proton Pass at https://pass.proton.me/

You can also enable the option to create a unique and different password for each Proton service. And don't have just one password for everything.

Must upgrade the interface, features and functionality to something cleaner, neater and more functional. Access all the important elements easily and quickly without the need for everything to be a maze.
- There is too much text in each section that detracts from the saved items or credentials. For example: The usage history of each item, and the need to add text to each section seems unnecessary to me.
- Custom fields must be created to add documents, PINs, passwords, wifi, passports, names, addresses, etc.
- The modification of the icons or favicons is key for me and I would like that this section can be modified to taste. To locate more quickly the element visually.
- They should ban screenshots in Proton Pass app and web, this is important for security.
- The options to generate passwords, email aliases, password status and dark web monitoring. They should be on the main page and easily accessible. The first time I used Proton Pass I had a hard time locating these options.
- Allow filling through subdomains.
- I repeat, they should improve the interface to something cleaner, tidier and easier to access.
I hope you can make it possible, thank you.

Well done!
First try this morning, and it looks good. I would suggest you to display the logout button up right when possible.
Thank you -

My use case for proton pass is the email aliasing service. However, I can't use it because it only works with a browser extension that requires me to grant access to all browser activity which I am not willing to do as it's a security risk.
Please implement a web portal for email aliasing through proton pass.

The problem with browser extensions is they have access to everything on every page you visit. This is why, at work, we only allow for the installation of authorized extensions that are required for our business operations. I'm a fan of proton's services, but the lack of a proton pass web interface keeps me using bitwarden for anything work-related.

I hope you can make it so the layout can show not just title and username, but also URL and notes.
Please have a look at this KeepassXC screenshot to see what I mean:
https://keepassxc.org/assets/img/screenshots/database_view.pngEven bitwarden doesn't do this and I cannot switch to it because of the mediocre overview. I hope Proton Pass can be the one that let's me switch to an online password manager.

Imagine you are on vacation and you lost your phone. You have access to the hotel's PC but you are not allowed to install extensions on the available browsers. It should be possible to access the password's vault just by logging in via the website.

Currently, using the extension as its in the browser seems quite irritating when switching between tabs and applications. The vault just disappears. SO I'd recommend making an option to open the vault in full browser mode if needed.

This duplicates the idea with more votes for a web UI

a Dashboard with all the logins and such things would be great... I agree with you, they can make the webapp lock like the extension after some minutes without checking the Tab or something like that

this is hugely important; whether a desktop app or something more like vault.bitwarden.com, there needs to be a way to access the tool with more than the small space available via the extension or on mobile. even if we could pop out the extension window, that would be helpful

This is my biggest issue with Proton Pass for now, if I want to access a password from a computer that isn't mine (so I don't want to install a browser extension) I just can't

The existing extension window would function beautifully.
Perhaps, as an intermediary to the monumental task of building a secure native application, or even a web portal, an option to resize the extension window or break it out into a dedicated extension tab like the settings menu.
As it stands, managing my data is painfully cumbersome, and I need to squint at the corner of my monitor.

And the ability to select multiple logins at a time to move to a different vault or trash…

I agree, and on top of that the extension cannot be pinned, so every time you click outside of the extension, which you have to do several times when setting up an account, you lose it. I had to make multiple small saves to a new addition to get everything in. Still testing it out, but for now by primary is still an IronKey.

I agree with most of the comments. Also realize that Proton Pass was just rolled out recently and would assume more features are in development. I think web access is table stakes in order to entice users to migrate from their existing pw managers.
