Merge Proton Pass ‘Identity’ and Proton Mail ‘Contacts’ into a single standalone app
“Identity” in Proton Pass and ‘Contacts’ in Proton Mail are very similar. There is no sense in duplicating and maintaining the data in two products. Merge these two functionalities into a single, standalone app.

For MOST users, the Pass Identity section would contain their own details, their spouse's, their dependents', and a few (one or two) work colleagues' details.
However, the Contacts list they may have could easily be in the hundreds of people. Having hundreds of people's contact details floating around inside my vault is NOT something I would ever wish to see.
If writing an email, why in he1l would I want to open my Password Manager just to get an email address?
If I need a password, why in he1l would I want to open my email application?
In the Name of Sanity, Proton, please keep Identity and Contacts entirely SEPARATE Do NOT merge them. If Proton introduced such a feature, people would probably leave.
However, you COULD make it an option for such an item to be Cloned from one location into the other. You could even set an option to 'Keep this Identity updated in Pass" option within Contacts, or vice versa.
