Quick access feature on MacOS
Adding a quick access feature on MacOS like 1Password have. This would really help when the browser extension doesnt activate on a input field or you need to login off the browser in another app.

Filter same passwords
New users were often using the same passwords for different websites, apps… It could be useful to enable to filter all duplicated passwords, so as to update them one by one.

individual 4-6 digit PIN codes added as option for high risk logins
Proton Pass already keeps your data safe with two-factor authentication, which is fantastic. But imagine if, when you need to quickly access important passwords—say for your bank or private email—you could just enter a simple 4-6 (or even 8) digit PIN. It’s a fast, extra layer of security that makes retrieving your most critical credentials both secure and super convenient.

Add entries as favourites on Proton Authenticator
I would like the ability to add entries as favourites on Proton Authenticator.
Imagined scenario: all entries would be alphabetically ordered but the ones I have specifically chosen would also be displayed at the top of the list
Issue solved: when you have a lot of entries, it becomes cumbersome to repeatedly scroll to the frequently used codes

Support saving PRF Passkeys
Please add support for saving PRF Passkeys. You're the only Passwod manager which doesn't support them yet and it's very necessary for some services.

Allow Resizing and Collapsing Interface Panels
Add the ability to freely resize the interface panels. The leftmost panel currently takes up too much useful space despite being the least important one. It would be especially useful to collapse it into a narrow icon-only sidebar. The central panel should also be resizable, as it is currently too small.

Storing PGP keys in Proton Pass
Proton Pass already stores SSH keys and can use them using Proton Pass CLI with it's integrated SSH Agent, I think a PGP integration too would be amazing as it would allow managing and maybe even using PGP keys, maybe from the CLI too, with Proton Pass without having to rely on outside tools, and having a secure place to keep PGP keys in synced between devices.

Offline functionality and sync intelligence
While many password managers offer offline access, Proton Pass could excel here with a particularly robust system. The app should automatically detect when a connection is unstable and proactively sync all critical data in advance. In the event of conflicts between offline changes, an intelligent merge function should be offered that shows the user exactly which version contains which information, rather than simply overwriting the latest one.

Improving Android/One UI Integration
To compete with system-integrated solutions like Google Password Manager or Samsung Pass, Proton Pass needs to move beyond being "just an app" and become a deeply integrated system component. I propose the following technical improvements to achieve a seamless, high-performance experience on Android and One UI:
Full Credential Manager API Optimization: Instead of relying on legacy autofill overlays, Proton Pass should perfectly implement the Android 14+ Credential Manager API. This ensures that login prompts appear as native system bottom sheets. Specifically, the "gray square" icon bug on Samsung devices must be fixed to ensure a professional, native look.

unlock Authenticator with Physical Security Key
Currently you can unlock the Proton Authenticator app with 'biometrics' which uses your Windows Sign In security. However, you can't use the physical security key option as the way to unlock the Authenticator app.

Allow the user to specify the login form fields used for auto-fill
Allow the user to choose which field on a login form is associated with the username, password, OTP, etc. Sometimes fields are not detected successfully, so auto-fill doesn't work. Other password managers allow the user to choose the ID of the fields in the page's HTML so they're always filled correctly.

Add a separate password for using the Export feature.
If you add a separate password in order to use the Export option then employees will not be able to take keys offsite and import into a home proton authenticator. They will be restricted to using on premises only. Only the admin sets up the initial 2fa so they never see the 30 digit code or QR that created it. Another needed layer of security.

Alternative Domains for Proton Pass
In some countries, the entire Proton ecosystem is censored because of Proton’s privacy-focused services. As a result, users who only want to access Proton Pass often have to rely on VPNs just to use their password manager.
The problem is that Proton Pass itself is a harmless password manager. there is no good reason for governments to block access to it. BUT realistically, individuals cannot change censorship policies or the way Proton domains are treated by local networks.
Therefore, I’d like to suggest that Proton provide alternative domains specifically for Proton Pass. These domains could be separate from the main…

Password visibility
Could you please add an option to avoid the possibility to see the password in a shared vault. Only the vault owner can see them. For now, you click on the password, you can copy it on Notepad for instance or simply you click on the eye and you see the password. The goal of the password is to enter an application/site, not to be seen.

Delete accounts and local credentials
If you cancel one account, the account is not deleted on the remote computer device and he/she can keeps her data locally. It might be good to have a limit of duration without being connected to the Proton Pass site after which the local account is deleted.

to obscure the “Note” field
I would like to suggest a feature for Proton Pass.
The suggestion is to add the option to obscure the “Note” field with a button similar to the “Hide/Show” button in the ‘Password’ field, in addition to the option to start with the “Note” field obscured.
Thank you.

Proton pas with cross password memorized salt
So you store all your passwords in proton password? what if it got hacked? you lose everything
I memorize a "salt" and i DON'T write it into the password manager. This way even if the password manager is hacked, there's still one more step, a hidden cross passwords password ("salt") to guess to hack to all of your accounts.
The problem is, If we want to change the salt, or to even remember which salt exists where -it's difficult.
So it would be amazing to have a dropdown with different "salt" keys and mark every account/password if it have salt…

Time restrict for signups
1 day session, 3 days session, 7 days.. let me choose base on my security needs and how often i want to type my own password to sign in.
this is really helpful since i might prefer to set it up on high security and type my password every day or i might go easy mode with 30 days session etc.
