    Being able to add a tile to the Quick Settings panel on Android would be a very good QoL feature in my opinion, allowing quick access to Proton Pass & password generation.

    Bitwarden has this (a tile called My Vault) and I find it very useful.

    If Proton Pass users were allowed to share two-factor authentication (2FA) codes through secure links, this would significantly enhance usability and security; otherwise, a nonsecure medium may be used to share the 2FA.

    Feature Overview:

  4. Option to Alert Proton When Autofill Isn't Functional on Site

    There are too many websites where Proton Pass autofill either doesn't work or only partially works. When it does work, it's brilliant. But there are dozens of websites I've come across where the username/password is never suggested to autofill, regardless of how the domain is set up in Proton Pass. And similarly, the 2FA rarely pops up for me when it exists, meaning I'm constantly having to pop back into the app/plugin to retrieve my 2FA code.

    It would be wonderful if there was an option within Proton Pass to alert your team to instances where these don't function properly…

  6. Global Auto Type

    With the Mac app, the Linux version, and the Windows application, please give us the ability to set a global auto-type command like Control + CMD + P. This command should open a window where Proton Pass automatically types in the data, enabling auto-fill in non-web applications, similar to how KeePass does it.

  7. Add/remove custom fields

    1. We need the zip code field for credit cards;
    2. We need option to add/remove custom fields;
    3. We need option to show only selected fields.

    Imagine we have an american credit card. It has zip code.

    Let me add own custom field: zip.
    I also want to add billing address field.

    Let me choose what type of fields are: secure (hide information as a card number) or open (like notes).

    Let me to choose what fields I want to see when open the card. I don't have any notes so I don't need an empty note field.

  8. Popup or floating window when creating a new password on mobile

    It will be very convenient if proton pass can detect when we are creating a new password in an app or a website on android or iOS and showing us a window to configure the password or email and other details for it and save it, I am coming from dashlane and I am missing this feature the most.

  9. Add the ability for a hotkey to autofill for all the times that autofill doesn't work

    Autofill doesn't work pretty often with logins. It would be nice to have a hotkey that can force it the same way that Bitwarden does.

  11. Add a check for updates option to Proton Pass for Mac OS like you have with Proton VPN.

    I have a program called MacUpdater. It indicated yesterday or the day before that Proton Pass version 1.26.0 is out. Currently I am running Proton Pass 1.25.0 which Proton Pass has not updated. I prefer to have updates to Proton Pass as soon as available and the program does not seem to be updating as soon as updates are released.

  12. SimpleLogin notes to Proton Pass notes migration tool

    Proton Pass seems to be replacing SL for those who want it for managing aliases...

    Would be nice if there was a tool which allowed users to migrate all their SimpleLogin notes (which are only encrypted at rest) to the Proton Pass notes field which uses zero knowledge encryption.

    Those are personally the two managers I use the most and where I have practically everything. Importing everything manually is too much work and this needs to be automated.

  14. Add attachment field that directly connects to Proton Drive

    This is a bit different from the attachment feature request.

    This feature could work as follows:

    • There is a directory dedicated to Proton Pass in Drive
    • Inside this directory are other directories/folders, arbitrariliy named (e.g. identically to the login in PP or just an ID)
    • In PP there is a new field type (e.g. "attachment")
    • Adding this field opens a dialogue, so the user can upload a new file (which gets uploaded into that previously mentioned Drive folder)
    • or maybe the user can even pick a file from Drive (which then gets copied/moved into that folder
    • So when logging in,…

  15. Upload pics and PDF-files to Proton Pass

    I want a feature in Proton Pass where I can upload PDF-files and pics and lock these in a vault instead as there is not such a feature in Drive.

  16. Ability to access Proton Pass extension using Windows Hello

    Using Windows 10/11 feature secured by TPM 2.0 enabling access the vault with Windows password, pin, fingerprint or face recognition (although it could be less secure it is an option for the ones that want to do so)

  17. Quick Drop Down menu or search bar when clicking on the pass icon on mac

    Quick Drop Down menu or search bar when clicking on the pass icon on top menu on the mac when proton pass is running. 1password has a good implementation of this. This help you wiockly search for a password when you are not within a browser without opening the giant main app window.

    Currently, many websites are missing icons. It appears to be quite annoying if the site icons are absent. Like 1Password, we may add or remove icons for sites that 1Password cannot automatically generate an icon
