  1. Marking multitude of passwords as "To be changed" and remind periodically in groups of 1-5 passwords a week

    For example, users that are moving to Proton Pass after a data breach might have googleplex of passwords that need to be changed, which is unmanageable and frankly hard to remember if you can´t do it in one go.

    Bonus points if you sort some sites like financial and famous social sites/apps into the first batches.

  2. Cloak phone numbers as Google voice

    I saw ideas about temporary phone numbers, but to be honest I don't need it coz all phones will be used in months.

    I offer to buy a phone number(s) forever or destroy the old one and buy a new one.

    I already have several numbers for registrations and don't use my primary number. I use Google voice for this (call and SMS). Would be nice to import phone numbers (even for extra money) to proton pass and receive SMS.

  3. Better Organization with Folders and Key-Value Pairs

    1. Improved Organization with Folder/Category System:
      To enhance organization within vaults, it would be beneficial to have a folder or category system. This would allow users to efficiently categorize and access their stored information.

    2. Key-Value Pair Support for Login and Notes:
      Instead of entering plain text in the login and notes sections, I suggest the ability to add information in key-value pairs. This structured format would improve readability and organization for stored data.

  5. Concealable fields on credit card entries

    Ability to add in custom concealable fields for entries, particularly credit cards for things like app pin numbers and other security codes. This could be implemented in a similar way to how card numbers are displayed usually where they are partially obfuscated.

    It would be nice to have, in addition to the password generator, a passphrase generator in the app, as Bitwarden does.

  10. Offline access with 2FA and/or Security Key

    It would be great, and a real addition, to be able to see your passwords even when offline and with 2FA activated or with a security key.

  11. Fully customizable entries in Proton Pass

    Sometimes you simply need to save a password or a code. Say you want to save the code for the lock on your front door. There is currently no entry that makes this clean. You can create a login with just the code in the password space or you can create an identity and add a hidden field. This all works but it is messy. It would be nice to create an entry that has a single hidden field to save codes, PINs, etc. Alternatively, you can provide the ability to remove unneeded fields from current entry options.   12. PIN\Biometric Re-prompt for select records

    As a Proton Pass user who stores sensitive accounts and information in my vault, i should be able to mark certain records as sensitive and require a PIN or biometric re-prompt before they are decrypted and displayed to minimize the time that data is in memory and on screen.

    Under each entry you can see what time it was created, last modified or automatically filled in.

    I would like to set the time format to 24 hours.

  16. Deselect login options directly in the login field

    Under the login fields there are always options to activate/deactivate.

    "Remember login details" and "Stay logged in"

    It would be great if Proton Pass remembered these settings and automatically deselected them immediately after the autofill.

    1Password can do this too and is very helpful.

  17. Show suggestions for a page in the UI

    When you go to a page and you have saved logins for it, the UI should only show the suggestions for the page. That is, only the respective access data for the page.

    Labeling items is very useful in 1password.
    For example, labeling items "2FA" makes searching easier and faster.

    When you fill out the login and change the username or password, Proton Pass should offer you to save it as a new login or update an existing one.

  20. Improve save credentials and add Option for "Save in Proton Pass"

    Proton Pass often does not offer the option to save login data in the top right corner. This needs to be improved.

    Please also give us the option to save in the inline menu. 1Password then gives you the "Save in 1Password" option.
