eWallet import
Proton Pass needs to add eWallet.app to the list of password managers it supports in importing data.

Import to mobile app
I think there should be an option to import passwords from other passwords managers in the mobile application, instead of having to do so through a browser extension. This seems like a major missing feature to me.

Add equivalent URLs setting to avoid creating/maintaining duplicate passwords
Many sites redirect to another location to authenticate or use different URLs to connect to essentially the same site. LastPass has an extendable database to allow for this. For example: bing.com hotmail.com live.com microsoft.com msn.com windows.com windowsazure.com office.com skype.com azure.com. These use the same login. The ones that are well known can be provided as a default set (editable, obviously), but also allow the user to add their own as they discover them.

Provide option to sync vaults only on local network
I would like more control over where the data in my vaults gets synched. Currently, Proton Pass only provides the ability to sync encrypted vault data to Proton owned and managed servers. I currently use Enpass Password Manager. They provide the option to sync your vault data to a computer in your local network eliminating the need to sync that data elsewhere. With your vault data synched locally, you don’t have to be concerned about who has access to that data even if it is encrypted. Please provide the option to sync vault data to a computer in your local…

Make Autofill on Android work for Username/Email field
Currently in my Pixel 6 Pro (Android 13) in Brave Browser using Google Keyboard: Whenever I want to Login to a Website, the Autofill Option from Proton Pass does not show up on the Username/Email field, only on the Password field. So then I Autofill the Password and still have to type the Username/Email... Very inconvenient.

SplashID import
There are still other passowrd managers. Especilly SplashID was and still is popular among users working off-line. It's nice to enable importing from such managers like SplashID Desktop while desktop version of proton Pass may be available in the future.

Auto Fill Suggestion for password fields with no user/login field
Background:
Some www sites you stayed logged in for weeks - but the sites may require you to enter the password for special actions for extra security. These prompt is not a login prompt but ask for the same password used at login.
Suggestion:
Proton Pass should suggest to auto fill the password if Proton Pass finds a login/password for the www site.25 votes -
More Vaults or subvaults
Proton Pass currently allows up to 20 Vaults. My LastPass implementation currently has 44 folders. If "Vaults" are equivalent to "Folders" for organization purposes, I would need to do some innovative reorganizing to cram my hundreds of passwords and other entries into only 20 Vaults. It's not clear to me whether there is a structural reason for this limitation.

Have a docker for self hosted vault, like Vaultwarden.
So how Bitwarden has the VaultWarden docker that you can use, something similar that could run multiple ideas into one here,
The self hosted would be accessible offline or on the same network.
When a network is brought back online, everything syncs together.
Have Access control through this so you could have a shared vaultI feel more features could be easily added to this, but just to name a few.

Use custom hosted domain for Pass-generated random email address prefill
ProtonMail already hosts custom domains with the option of a catch-all address.
Add feature to configure a hosted domain to auto-fill the email field with a ProtonPass generated random email address - while confirming the domain has catch-all turned on at configuration time.

"Copy to clipboard" button
When viewing an existing item, having the a ability to quickly and easily copy the username and/or password.
Also when generating a new password, having the option to copy the new password to clipboard will be useful too.
Simply having a button or an easy to access menu option for these is all is needed.
This feature will be useful as some websites don't like password manager apps, so you sometimes have to manually copy the information in.

Fuzzy Search Logins (etc.)
Example: If I want to quickly find my Proton Account login info.
"proton account" will not find anything
"acc proton" will not find anythingI need to explicitly search for "account.proton" (with a dot) for it to return anything. Being this specific is needed because search for "proton" only will give all entries that have "proton" in them, like "protonmail.com", so many logins, not just the proton account login.
It's impossible to always remember the exact URL portion like "account.proton".

Add a Firefox Mobile browser extension for Android
Unlike most mobile browsers, Firefox on Android supports add-ons like Adguard or Bitwarden.
Having Proton Pass as one of them would allow easy access to login credentials without leaving the app.

Microsoft Autofill/Authenticator import
Current workaround is to export from Microsoft Autofill/Authenticator, import to Edge. Export from Edge then import to Proton Pass.

Auto Sync iCloud Keychain and Passkeys
Feature to auto-sync iCloud keychain and passkeys into Proton Pass. This helps a lot in syncing everything between Apple and non-Apple devices. No hassle of manually importing passwords.
PS: It will also help in syncing Safari credentials (if using iCloud Keychain only) automatically and to be used in other browsers using Proton Pass seamlessly.
