email to users with their encrypted passwords
Good morning
I would like to know if in the event of this service going down we could recover our passwords...
I trust that it will not happen and that everything is configured with good practices
It would be a good option if users could configure that we periodically receive an encrypted file with our Proton Pass login password to our email that contains our passwords...have a nice day

Bitwarden Import - 1:1 json
We are using at Home Bitwarden, and we also created Folders "Finance" (for example) and each of the folders has the relevant passwords for this folder. When exporting my Wallet from Bitwarden as Json and importing it to ProtonPass, it is all messed up and the Folders from Bitwarden (and the Structure) does not exist.
For me, it's very important to have this structure saved. Thank you.8 votes -

Auto Sync iCloud Keychain and Passkeys
Feature to auto-sync iCloud keychain and passkeys into Proton Pass. This helps a lot in syncing everything between Apple and non-Apple devices. No hassle of manually importing passwords.
PS: It will also help in syncing Safari credentials (if using iCloud Keychain only) automatically and to be used in other browsers using Proton Pass seamlessly.

Scroll slow on macOS
Scrolling through passwords is very slow on the Mac OS app. Also, there it appears to be no dedicated scroll bar to grab to make it faster.

When alternating apps preserve the vault item open in Proton Pass when returning to the app
When you have the Proton Pass app opened viewing an item to copy an information to the clipboard and then alternating to a different app on your phone to paste that information then coming back to Proton Pass app the item is then closed and you have to search for it again and open once more to continue viewing the item information and to copy further details of your item.

Functionality to "never save" password for specific websites.
I was very surprised to find out, that Proton Pass doesn't have the functionality to "never save" a password for a specific site. From my knowledge, any other password manager does feature this very prominently. Admittedly, there are not many websites, for which I never want to save a password. However, these are usually the ones, which I use more often. It is just very frustrating, to repeatedly have to click "not now" or "x" when using certain logins.

refresh button for proton pass alias suffixes
Sometimes the suffixes provided for aliases just aren't right (too negative sounding, too long, or just weird). A re-shuffle button would be nice to get a new set without having to relaunch the app.

Support for identity (like ad)
It would be great to have a possibility to add account like "ad" and then link it with multiple different services. In that case I could change the password in one place and it will be affected on others.

Request for Login Method Retention: Google and Apple Account Authentication in Proton Pass
Dear Proton Pass Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently transitioned from using 1Password to Proton Pass and have been exploring its features. While I appreciate the functionality thus far, I've encountered a minor inconvenience regarding the display of login methods.
In 1Password, the application memorizes not only the email associated with a login but also the chosen method, be it Google or Apple account. However, upon migrating my data to Proton Pass, I've noticed that logins authenticated through Google or Apple accounts appear as blank entries, only showing a link.
This missing feature impacts the ease…

Auto log out of the browser extension
If we forget to log out of the extension, all of our passwords are freely accessible forever in our browser. The auto pin-lock is great, but it makes all of our passwords accessible by a 6-digits pin instead of our master proton password. Allowing another timer for an auto log-out of the extension would be useful.

Synced PIN code
I switched from Dashlane. I liked how the PIN code for DL was synced to all devices. Would it be possible to get a synced PIN for PP?

Ability to make any fields hidden
In order to be able to hide more critical credentials and information from peaking eyes, I would like to be able to make any fields hidden.
For example, I would like to be able to toggle if the Username, Notes or TOTP fields are visible or hidden with asterisks (******).

Passkeys disable in Protonpass app
I would like to request a feature to disable Passkeys in the Protonpass app. My goal is to store Passkeys in the Google Password Manager on my smartphone instead. This would allow me to set up multiple Passkeys for the same website across different devices. Having the option to disable Passkeys in Protonpass would be very helpful in achieving this setup. The same feature is already implemented in the Protonpass Firefox extension.
