Autofill for Linux Desktop App
I'm just a normie who doesn't pay a ton of attention so I hope this already doesn't exist, but basically the title makes it pretty self explanatory. I like the autofill feature in the browser but as a security guy I am not a huge fan of browser extensions as password managers, so I think it makes sense to port the autofill feature to the desktop app similar to something like keepass or 1pass for example. That's about it, love yall.

Vault Resizing
Ability to adjust column widths on the new desktop app (I'm on Windows). Currently, for vaults with longer names, the only way to see the full name is to go into the "edit vault" page.
Alternative (or addition) might be something where the viewable space expands on hover to display the whole name.

Emergency access - allow non-proton accounts
My emergency contact doesn't have a proton account nor do I think we should force them to have one. This feature is therefore useless to me.
In an emergency, the last thing I want my contact doing is having to remember how to log in to a service they never use. This should be a genuinely useful feature, and I hope not a feature to leverage obtaining new users.

Authenticator browser extension
Currently, I use 2FAS as 2FA solution. It works great and I recommend it :)
The reason I currently won't switch is because of their browser extension. I don't want the 2FA available on any other device than my phone - otherwise it won't make sense to have the 2FA in the first place. Instead, please create a browser extension similar to the one 2FA has that allows me to link the extension to the phone's app and allow to enter the 2FA on the website only when I allow it in the app.
As alternative to how it's done with 2FAS, you could e.g. allow me seeing my 2FA's from the extension itself, but hide the code. Only after unlocking the app, the codes get visible/copyable for e.g. 60 seconds, after which the codes are hidden again. :)

Add OAuth login linking feature that allows users to specify alternative OAuth sign-in methods (Google, Microsoft, etc.) for each stored acc
Add a comprehensive OAuth integration system that allows users to:
Core Functionality:Link existing password entries to OAuth providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, GitHub, etc.)
Specify which OAuth account should be used for each service (e.g., "login to example.com using my work Google account john@company.com")
Support accounts originally created through social login that never had a traditional password
Manage multiple OAuth accounts for the same serviceUser Experience:
When accessing a linked account, Proton Pass automatically suggests OAuth login instead of password autofill
One-click switching between traditional password and OAuth authentication methods
Visual indicators showing which accounts have OAuth alternatives available
Bulk management of OAuth linkages across multiple accountsSecurity Benefits:
Reduces password exposure and typing
Leverages OAuth providers' built-in 2FA and security measures
Maintains audit trail of authentication methods used

Custom Field Rearrangement, Clone, PIN, Web Icons, Phone Number & Profile Photo
Custom Field Rearrangement – Ability to rearrange custom fields across login items, identities, and other item types.
Clone Login Items – A cloning/duplicate feature for login items, which is very necessary for efficiency.
PIN Field for Logins – Addition of a dedicated "PIN" field alongside username and password for login items.
Web Icons Not Displaying Consistently – Many login items do not show their respective website icons, while some do. It would be great if all items could reliably display icons for quick recognition.
Phone Number Field in Login Items – Some websites allow login via either email or mobile number. Having a dedicated field for “mobile/phone number” would make the login process more seamless.
Profile Photo for Identities – Adding an option to upload a profile photo in the identities section would make it easier to visually identify different identities at a glance.

Bug: On iPhone, Proton Pass never locks and cannot be closed.
1. Set unlock to PIN unlock, and timeout immediately. 2. Close app. 3. Enter invalid PIN 3 times. 4. Login with Proton Account Password and 2FA and optionally Extra pwd. 5. After this Proton Pass on iPhone stays logged in and has no login required even after timeout, and closing the app does not stop it... you can start it again and no login of any kind is required.3 votes -

Improve login autofill recognition in the Brave browser on android and in the Brave browser addon for Brave on Linux and windows.
I experience a lack of autofill detection on every second to third site that i enter, which was almost never an issue with googles password manager. My experience is persistantly bad in the Brave browser on android, Linux and Windows. Often Proton Pass will ask if I want to save the login information that I just copied from Proton Pass, making it seem like an unnecessary bug that autofill didn't recognize the login fields in the first place.
It seems that keyboard user choose affects this on Android. A list of supported open source and privacy optimized keyboards, preferably with dictionaries for different keyboards, would be very useful.
I hope that you will take my notes into consideration.
Best regards

Customize the default email template for 'Login' creation (<...>@proton.me)
It would be very nice to customize the default email from the 'Login' creation page on mobile.
When we don't want to use the '@proton.me' email nor 'Hide my email'.So, create the ability to custom the default 'Use <...>@proton.me' in something like '<...>@gmail.com' so we autocomplete faster.

Email address field: Auto-fill account email address button
When creating or editing a login in Proton Pass, an auto-fill icon would be great to instantly use the Proton account email address for the "email" field. The email fields on website already show that feature, but for creating/editing logins I always have to manually type or copy-paste my address into the input field.

NO marketing popups in the Proton Pass extension
While hitting backspace to clear the search field in the Proton Pass extension, a marketing popup for Proton Duo came up and DESELECTED the search field. Pressing backspace then navigated me back through several webpages, losing my form inputs. Let me be 100% crystal clear: The Proton Pass extension is a critical tool for performing time-sensitive security tasks. It is in no way acceptable to have marketing popups (on a service I already pay a significant amount of money for) interfering with these critical tasks. If you have a marketing offer, send it by email as you already do on a regular basis.

Separate vault profiles or identity containers with password protection in Proton Pass
Please add support for separating login credentials into different vaults, profiles, or identity containers inside Proton Pass — similar to how "Identities" work in LastPass.
This request is only for Proton Pass and is unrelated to "Identities" in Proton Mail or other services.
The goal is to allow users to create separate compartments within their Proton Pass vault, such as:
1. Personal
2. WorkEach "vault profile" should:
* Be optionally protected by a second password or PIN
* Be isolated from autofill/search in other profiles
* Require manual switching (with authentication) to accessWhy is this important?
- Security through separation. It minimizes the risk of data leaks across contexts (e.g., using a work password on a personal site), especially if malware targets browser autofill.
- Personal/Work life separation. Many users store both personal and professional credentials in one Proton Pass account, which leads to a messy organization or accidental autofill.
- Match features in competing products. LastPass supports "Identities" and it was very useful. Proton Pass could adopt a vault profiles concept to meet these needs.
Bonus features (optional):
* Assign a vault profile when creating/editing a login or note.
* Use different default profiles per browser or per domain.Prevent autofill/search across profiles without password unlock.

Add a sort by most used token option in Authenticator
Currently, at least in iOS app, it is possible to sort token alphabetically or by cration/update date.
I have token that use frequently and other very rarely. For the most used token it's annoying to have to scroll or search them every time.
It would be nice to be able to sort them by usage frequency. This could be based on the times a token is copied, or the number of times they appear in a search result.4 votes -
Passkey on Safari Extension for MacOS
It was great that Proton did create an extension for Safari to use on MacOS. The downside is it does not support passkeys. As more people use passkeys and more businesses requiring passkeys it is currently a no go to use proton pass on Safari.

Drag and drop/sorting fields with mouse
It would be nice to have the possibility to drag fields within an element. Right now, if I want to change the order of fields like e-mail, password or custom fields like name, text, hidden text etc., I need to delete a field and add a new one. So please add the option to drag and drop fields within an element (like a login, a note etc.).

Password‑Change Reminder
It would be very useful if Proton Pass could include a built‑in reminder that notifies users to change a password after a custom interval.
• Adjustable interval: Users set the number of days/weeks/months before they receive a reminder.
• Filterable view: As with all stored entries, the passwords subject to reminders can be filtered by category, tags, or expiration date.
This addition would boost security8 votes
