Speaker view, like in Teams
Add possibility to change layout. On a 1:1 call, the other person video is as big as mine. It would be great to have a view similar to Teams, with my own video feedback in small, and the other person taking most of the video space.

This feature is essential for me. In my work as a psychotherapist, I need to do body-based exercises with my patients, so I need to be able to see a small preview of my own video to make sure that I am properly visible and that the patient can see what I am demonstrating or doing.
Having my own video displayed as the main view, on the other hand, is distracting because it inevitably draws my attention to myself rather than to the person I am working with. For this reason, being able to keep the other person’s video as the main view while having my own video displayed simultaneously in a small window, as in Google Meet, is an essential feature for my therapeutic work. Please!

Yes please! I'd love to see a small floating self-view option added to Proton Meet — similar to what Zoom and Google Meet offer, where your own camera feed appears as a small, draggable thumbnail overlay within the call interface.
Currently the only options are hiding self-view entirely or the full side-by-side layout. A compact tile would be a nice middle ground: it lets you stay aware of how you're coming across on camera without taking up half the screen or being distracting.

Absolutely! I don't need to see me as big as the others! Keep my video small and the people I'm talking to should take up a vast majority of the screen

I find this would be incredibly more helpful with screen sharing because then both videos become super tiny.
