    Likely just adding a second text box below the From drop down to allow adding the portion after the '+' to an existing address would be ideal.
    It should also be automatically populated when replying from an alias, and would need to be saved as part of the drafts/etc.

    Mailbox.org allows this from all custom domains.

    It solves a very popular use case that has driven the email forwarding market with SimpleLogin and AnonAddy quite a bit.

    I would think a toggle option on each domain to handle catch-all as aliases rather than routing to a catch-all address would be a good way to implement it.
