    Of couse, I came here to suggest the exactly same thing. The default "quick action" when message is already opened should be configurable (someone like delete, someone archive). I don't use delete very often, I archive everything instead. It is so user unfriendly to have to click the "folder button", then choose archive (and it goes back to the list of all messages instead to the next/previous one, but that is my different suggestion for another thread).
