   Idealy a user could choose between these options:
   * Accept mail to anything@user.domain.com and deliver it to user+anything@domain.com
   * Accept mail to user@anything.domain.com and deliver it to user@domain.com
   * Reject mail to anything@anything.domain.com

   All a user needs to do is add one more MX record for subdomains: *.domain.com 10 mail.protonmail.ch
