    Can't/won't switch from Bitwarden without Safari support.

    Also, I activated Proton Pass on my iOS device before realizing I couldn't use Pass on my Macs — so I wasted my 7-day Pass Plus trial.

  3. Save encryption passwords for non-PM contacts, also add a checkbox to send the password as a privnote style second link in the email.

    I'm surprised no one else thinks this is important. As of this week, the web version of Proton Mail also requires passwords of 8 or more characters. There was no announcement or warning of this change, and nothing in Proton's online documentation says anything about password length.

    Last December when I joined Proton, I gave all my non-Proton patients unique 7-character passwords to receive monthly billing statements and other secure documents from me. Now I can't send anything encrypted (or HIPAA-compliant) until I distribute longer passwords to everyone. I'm a doctor in solo private practice and don't have time for this kind of headache.
