We desperately need to be able to set our own time zones instead of relying on automatic detection.

I'm reminded of this need every spring when the UK shifts into Daylight Savings Time, and I get confused as to why an email I received a few minutes ago reads as coming in over an hour ago.

Mobile doesn't seem to have this issue and idk why. Maybe it's to do with my brower's pricacy settings? Either way, the solution is the same: let users choose their own time zone please.

Seconding Jay's no more "yesterday" or "Monday" request.

Also, let users choose from 'YYYY-MM-DD', 'DD-MM-YYYY', or 'MM-DD-YYYY' etc.
