As a temporary fix for this, follow these easy steps to solve your import:
    1. Open SafeInCloud Desktop app
    2. Login with your master password
    3. Navigate to 'File > Export..."
    4. Re-type your master password
    5. Choose CSV and save to your computer
    6. Open the CSV in Notepad or Excel

    7. On the first line, change the following:
    "Title" to "name"
    "Login" to "username"
    "Password" to 'password"
    "URL" to "url"
    and delete "Notes" and "OTP"

Save the file and import in ProtonPass as Edge CSV file.

Note: It might not be case sensetive and at least my "Notes" and "OTP" wasn't used and thereby empty. Should work as a teporary solution for must of us.

I agree, I don't know if it's possible to use any other import format at the moment, I mean if the format is the same as Safe in cloud. But as of now I can't migrate into Proton Pass
