    I usually don't connect to the Internet while traveling (train, airports, ...) and being able to access synchronized emails without an Internet connection could be great to get boarding pass, confirmation email with departure hours, ...

    Even today, not everyone subscribed to an unlimited Internet connection on their mobile :)
