    The ability to display all labels assigned to an email was removed from the desktop version several years ago, while the mobile app continues to show all labels correctly.

    Over the past years, a number of users have repeatedly requested that this functionality be restored. Showing only a single label and a generic indicator for additional labels significantly reduces the usefulness of the labeling system, especially for users who rely on multiple labels to organize their emails.

    Since this functionality still exists in the mobile app, many users would appreciate seeing it restored to the desktop interface as well.

    This functionality already existed and was removed. It would be very helpful if it were enabled again. Without that functionality, tags lose a lot of value.
