Like "Proton User" below, I use "resist browser fingerprinting" with Firefox which is the only way I interact with Proton services including Proton Mail. Today this led to a miscommunication as I used a Calendar appointment for the first time. Even saving my proper time zone in Proton Calendar preferences does not persist in Proton Mail.
I am frustrated like Chris wondering why this basic feature to override or manually select my time zone within Proton Mail is still not available despite years of requests here and in separate topics. I have to say I too am reconsidering my Mail Plus patronage since this issue for me has recently been elevated beyond a minor annoyance in trying to use Proton Mail/services in a more professional capacity.
