    As a developer wanting to store some projects, this is pretty important. the easiest would probably be to just have a setting for setting names with wildcards. But supporting .gitignore files in addition would be even better.

    Some of the biggest offenders are eg node_modules for nodejs projects, and all kind of build/dist folders
