    After a surgery that harshly changed my life I have cognitive problems, anxiety and can't even apply for work because it takes a phone, computer and a memory. I want to live with my problems and work as long as I live even though it has been shortened and sucks. I need no handouts I can work. Lead the way for cognitive accessibility , you never know what can happen. I lost everything and immediately still losing. Family,money, friends and my identity,and kids, home.everything except my morals and integrity and faith
