I am very much for this as well. Whether it be folders or sub-vaults. Some way to further split up entries would be nice.

I don't understand what you are seeing here. I am also a Linux Desktop app user on Linux Mint and I only had to type my creds the first time I used it.

Assuming you are using Windows...
If I recall correctly, once you have downloaded a file/folder, it stays there and continues to sync changes. While it has been a month or so since I have had Windows on my computer, I do remember there is a Storage Sense feature (in Win10 and 11) that will offline files and folders from cloud storage after a specified period of time. I have seen entries for OneDrive, Google Drive, and Proton Drive in that setting. Might check that.

I agree. My bank keeps locking my account because I connect to them over VPN. Very annoying especially since there is a 2 day waiting period after an unlock before I can do it again.

1. Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 has been free for a long time. Maybe still is. That last comment was moot.
2. Go enjoy your Kaspersky applications. While they may support Windows 7 now, that won't be forever. Windows 7 is out of support and is a security risk in itself to keep it running. Hardware and software companies both tend to follow the support lifecycle.
Are you doing anything in the "All Mail" folder? If so, that is basically all folders on your mail account and if you delete anything in there, it does go to the Trash...including Inbox items.
