    https://rclone.org/protondrive/

might be possibly to do something nifty in combination with unison :-)

I'm having 3 domains and 2TB of Drive space with Google today and I use it, among other things, to keep a number of file systems on different hosts in sync at all times. Most importantly to me is to keep the linux hosts in sync. I use inSync (3rd party app) to accomplish this but t does unfortunately not yet support Proton. One idea might be to work with inSync to help them integrate Proton Drive?!?

If it was possible to sync Proton Drive with Linux I would switch from Google to Proton in a blink. I would very much prefer a head-less (non-GUI) app and am happy to help with development and/or be a beta-tester of such apps to help speed up the development.

A linux app for Proton Drive is essential for me to take the step to sign up for a 24 month Proton Family subscription and start the process of switching over everything from Google ....
