    As long as there is no option to copy the answer of a chat in a styled format, I can not use Lumo.

    Instructing the agent at the time of the question to format the answer in markdown is ignored. And it is tedious to send a second post requesting a reformatting of the reply.

    What is the point if there is a styled answer which can't be used?

    Upvote from me. It is not the most effective way of working to have all the old messages on top when you have long exchanges and want to reply to the latest email.

    I had never had the case that I want to reply to the oldest of several emails.
