As others have requested, this needs to be updated to only group emails in the same conversation. Currently, the grouping of every email that get submitted from my website’s contact page, and every reply to each inquiries, comes up in the same thread everytime there’s a new request. This is very messy, confusing, and has led to me missing emails because it looks like I’ve already responded. Please prioritize this change!

I used to have a whole filtering system in Gmail so that started Drafts I forgot about got pulled into my Inbox where I would be reminded I needed to finish them. That isn’t possible in Proton, but the bare minimum is to have the count of unfinished Drafts be visible in the Inbox in hopes it will catch my attention and jog my memory. It makes no sense that this folder doesn’t show a number like the others. If there some reason people don’t want this, please make it an optional feature people can toggle off. It’s really negatively impacting my work flow not to have this.

Agreed. I currently rely on Google Calendar for this - setting availability slots that can be scheduled for anyone who has a link to my availability calendar. I am also able to customize the appointment request fields to capture their name, contact info, reason for the appointment, etc. and then it auto-generates a meeting that shows up on the calendar and send the meeting details to both our emails. I set up my availability once and then any time an external party asked to find a time to talk, I send them all a single link to my availability and they find something that works for them. It saves me a ton of time and back and forth, and they don’t have to see the rest of my calendar. This appointment scheduling feature is going to keep me using Google Calendar as an alternative to paying for pricy scheduling apps. I love so much about Proton, but this is a critical need for me.
Nice-to-have would be an integrated option to take payment at the time of scheduling (for consulting and coaching appointments), or an integrated platform for meeting, maybe with Jitsi?

Gmail’s “multiple inboxes” feature has become invaluable to keeping emails that need my attention at the top of my inbox in a separate pane. Currently the rule that I have established for the additional inbox pane that shows at the top of my screen before the rest of the inbox is that any message I star and any draft I have started and not sent will appear there so I can track them as pending until they are complete. This is the main reason I have not moved my business account over to Proton and only have a free personal account. This is a dealbreaker, as this feature keeps me from letting emails slip through the cracks.

As others have requested, this needs to be updated to only group emails in the same conversation. Currently, every email that get submitted from my website’s contact page gets grouped together because they have the same auto-generated subject line. The group also contains every reply to each inquiries, and all of this entire history comes up every time there’s a new request submitted through my contact form. This is very messy, confusing, and has led to me missing emails because it looks like I’ve already responded or can’t tell a new inquiry was submitted. Please prioritize this change!
