Proton has built an impressive number of apps, but they’re still missing an office / collaboration suite that would allow users to completely jettison MS Office & GSuite for a private, secure (open source) alternative.
Imagine providing the same level of data privacy and information security to individuals, similar to that of private companies and their oligarchical C-suites.
That could be Proton, if they absorbed / purchased Cryptpad, which would then work with Proton Drive. I also think Libre Office running locally would provide peace of mind and an option to those who either do not require online collaboration or simply dislike their work product stored in the cloud.
