    I use Proton to avoid that me data is stored in USA. But until we have Proton Drive for Linux I can‘t backup my data in a Safe way!

    Proton has different components (Pass, Mail, Drive, VPN etc). Some of these have an object / concept / function called "Papierkorb" or "Waste Paper Bag" or so. Objects with the same name (eg "Papierkorb") should work exactly identically in all components. All "Papierkorb" objects must have exactly the same behaviour. If they have to behave different, then they need another name (eg "Archive")! Consistency over the different Proton components is very important, otherwise Proton developps into a mess.
