    I think a pending approval option would be a great addition. The booking could temporarily block the time slot, while the customer receives a "pending" email until the admin approves or declines it. That would be useful for businesses that need to review bookings first. We use a similar process for airport transfers: https://limoservicetorontoairport.com/
