I’ve faced this issue myself a few times while streaming gameplay on YouTube, and it can definitely be risky. When you’re live, even opening the VPN app for a second can expose your IP address on screen, which is something streamers usually don’t notice until it’s too late. A simple toggle to mask the IP with asterisks would add a much-needed layer of protection, especially for content creators and presenters.

As someone who plays and streams Android games regularly, privacy tools are just as important as performance. I also make sure my gaming setup and content platform at https://ropeherooapk.com/ is designed with user safety and accessibility in mind. Hopefully, Proton VPN considers this feature soon, it would align much better with the idea of privacy by default.
