    To export all search results or emails from a specific folder or label, first check whether the mail service offers a bulk export option. If it does not, use an email client that can access the mailbox and export selected messages in the required format.

    The output depends on how the emails need to be saved:

    • EML/MSG: Export messages as separate files for individual access.

    • MBOX: Store multiple emails together in a single mailbox file.

    If you have already saved the emails in MBOX format, you can use Softaken MBOX Conversion Suite to convert them into individual EML or MSG files. It also supports batch processing, which is useful when handling multiple MBOX files.
