    I noticed if the proton drive public link share just has view permission your email isn't revealed but when you enable editing your email gets revealed which is really bad. Even worse, it does not warn you so you have no idea. You think are are being private but you are not and end up exposing your real email address.

    But if you don't enable edit permission the receiver cannot upload files which is very annoying.

    I like this idea of allowing the use of a alias like simplelogin alias instead of your real email. Or anything is better than revealing/exposing your real e-mail address.

    I agree and i'd love to configure which e-mail to display in the proton drive share link where the other user can edit.

    For example, changing it to a simplelogin alias.
