    You can back up OST to PST without an Outlook profile by utilising a dedicated tool. With the use of a professional tool like TrustVare OST to PST Converter, you can easily back up OST files into PST format in just a few simple steps. Also, you don't need an active Outlook Profile or Exchange connection to complete the backup process.
