I so regret signing up for Proton Mail. A feature such as openning more that one email at a time (in separate tbas for instance) is normal and I expect to have it. Looking at only one email at a time and being unable to access any other email without opening up another instance of Proton Mail is a significant failure of the software team. Then letting the issue stew on here, on Reddit, etc, with no response gets what it deserves: loss of customers, market share, and valuation. Others have caught up, or are catching up with you in terms of privacy; please catch up with them in terms of user experience and usability.
