Just to make sure. We're talking about how everytime you create a calendar event it turns on default notifications? Like one e-mail notification and one phone notification. I usually don't want any notification so I have to go in and turn those off. Sometimes I forget though and get notified for stuff. Minor annoyance.
The screenshot in the guide looks different from my view, but if you just click on your calendar under the My Calendar (or whatever calendar you want to edit) section in your browser, the right hand pane will have these options.I just deleted all the default notifications.
