    Hello Proton Team,

I am a user of Proton Mail, VPN, and Drive (currently on the 200GB plan). I would like to submit a feature request to improve the synchronization workflow between my desktop and mobile devices.

Current Workflow Limitation: While the Proton Drive desktop client successfully syncs my local PC folders to the cloud, the Android app does not currently support automatic background synchronization to a specific folder on an external Micro SD card. Currently, I have to manually download files to view them offline on my Galaxy A26.

Requested Feature: I propose adding an option in the Android app to:

Auto-Sync Cloud to SD Card: Automatically download and update specific folders from Proton Drive to a designated directory on the device's Micro SD card.
Bidirectional Sync: Ensure that any changes made to files on the SD card are automatically pushed back to the cloud and subsequently to the desktop client.

User Benefit: This would create a seamless "PC ↔ Cloud ↔ Phone (SD Card)" ecosystem. For users with large media libraries or documents stored on external SD cards, this would eliminate manual file management and ensure that my data is consistently available offline across all three locations without intervention.

Given Android's evolving file system permissions, I understand this may be technically challenging, but implementing a dedicated "Sync to External Storage" mode would be a significant quality-of-life improvement for power users.

Thank you for considering this enhancement.

    Best regards, LMT
