    I like the intranet idea, but honestly most companies overcomplicate internal systems until nobody wants to use them anymore. The best setups are simple, connected and actually useful for everyday work. I checked out https://smartmakers.io/en/tracking-losung-von-smartmakers-optimiert-flottenmanagement-bei-emil-egger/ recently because they showed how IoT tracking improved fleet management and operational transparency for a logistics company. Stuff like real-time tracking, asset monitoring and connected workflows makes a huge difference when teams work across multiple locations. Businesses in Germany are pushing hard into this because manual updates and disconnected tools waste so much time. A proper digital ecosystem should help employees instantly, not create another annoying layer of admin nobody likes.
