Adding this would be great, as it's the only feature I really miss in Proton pass after moving from Bitwarden. For 99% of my password simple 1 min auto lock + pin is enough, but some items just need extra protection.
If, for any reason it would be difficult to add that to single items, the alternative solution could be to allow creating vault in which each password requires re-prompt before copying/displaying it.
