I'd like the ability for Lumo to automatically identify and delete unnecessary emails in my Proton Mail inbox. This would help free up storage space and keep my inbox organized without manual deletion.
Lumo could analyze the inbox and identify emails that are likely unnecessary, such as:
- Old promotional newsletters and marketing emails
- Subscription confirmations after purchase completion
- Password reset emails (once used)
- Past meeting invites and calendar notifications
- Spam and clutter messages
- Emails with large attachments no longer needed
Privacy consideration: Since Proton Mail uses end-to-end encryption, Lumo's analysis and deletion logic could run client-side on the user's device to maintain encryption integrity. The user would approve any deletions before they are executed.
This would be especially valuable for free plan users with limited storage quotas.
