    I also would like to see passkey login for protonmail. That way, I have the choice of using a device bound (FIDO2) passkey, or a passkey stored in a password manager.

    My issues with FIDO U2F are:

    - not as secure against phishing as passkeys
    - credentials are not discoverable, so it is harder to track what account are using them
