    Another option for converting OST to PST is Free OST to PST Converter Tool. It converts single or multiple healthy OST files to PST without needing Outlook or Exchange Server installed. It includes a preview panel where you can browse the folder hierarchy and check sender, recipient, subject, date and attachments before starting the export, so you can confirm the mailbox content first.

    For mailbox management, it has date range filters to export emails from a specific period, and lets you filter by sender, recipient, subject, message body, read/unread status or attachment availability. On the output side, it has a split feature to divide the PST by size (1GB, 1.5GB, 2GB, etc.), and it can skip empty folders and generate a conversion log report after export. It also extracts email addresses to XLSX or CSV, and pulls out attachments separately using file extension filters.

    It supports Outlook/Microsoft 365 through 2024 and runs on Windows 11, 10, 8.1, and Windows Server 2022, 2019.
