I use Proton for both my personal email and my business email with a custom domain. Having everything mixed together makes everyday email management unnecessarily confusing.
Please add an optional mailbox view for each address or domain, within the same Proton account:
- Separate Inbox, Sent and Drafts views for personal and business email.
- A simple switch between identities, with an optional unified inbox.
- Automatic selection of the appropriate sending address when composing from a mailbox.
- Availability across the web, desktop and mobile apps.
Folders, labels and filters can help, but they do not provide the same experience as clearly separated mailboxes, especially for sent messages and drafts.
I’m not asking for additional users or separate accounts—just a native way to keep personal and professional correspondence separate while retaining one subscription and one login.
This would make custom-domain support much more practical for freelancers, founders and anyone managing several email identities.
Thank you!
